CCR Beverage Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to service commercial coffee equipment for cafes and hospitality clients across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest regions.

You’ll run 2–3 service calls daily, diagnose faults with meters and diagrams, and repair with precision. Training leads to a company vehicle, health benefits, and career growth in a growing field.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience required (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general projects).
• Must know how to use a multimeter before day one; no formal credentials needed.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to lift 75 lbs, smartphone, and secure address for parts deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Make two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Diagnose faults from electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with precision.
• Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation.
• Write detailed, professional service notes with accurate findings; no slang.
• Track time and manage digital tickets through ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings to customers in language they can understand.
• Taste coffee post-repair to confirm proper operation.
