Qualifications

• Active Level 3 Security License.
• TWIC Card (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of consecutive security or law enforcement employment.
• Must be seeking a full-time position.
• Flexible availability required (including weekends).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure compliance with post orders and company standards.
• Coach, train, and mentor security officers to improve performance, accountability, and leadership development.
• Design and implement training programs using instructional design methods.
• Develop and deliver engaging training content through on-the-job coaching.
• Complete and review multiple reports, including incident reports, performance evaluations, and site audits.
• Maintain constant communication via email and other platforms with leadership and field staff.
• Monitor officer performance, conduct evaluations, and address deficiencies or concerns.
• Assist with scheduling support and coverage coordination when needed.
• Collect and analyze data (surveys, assessments, reports) to evaluate training effectiveness and improve operations.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and properly submitted.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and staff.
