Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure compliance with post orders and company standards.

• Develop and deliver engaging training content through on-the-job coaching.
• Complete and review multiple reports, including incident reports, performance evaluations, and site audits.
• Maintain constant communication via email and other platforms with leadership and field staff.
• Monitor officer performance, conduct evaluations, and address deficiencies or concerns.
• Assist with scheduling support and coverage coordination when needed.
• Collect and analyze data (surveys, assessments, reports) to evaluate training effectiveness and improve operations.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and properly submitted.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and staff.

The ideal candidate brings experience in security operations, coaching, and training development, with the ability to design and deliver effective learning programs.
