Job summary

City Security Services is seeking a Field Compliance Manager/Trainer in Houston, TX. The role involves supervising shift operations, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and training officers across sites.

The position emphasizes post inspections, on-site coordination, and timely reporting of incidents. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to support a diverse team and manage daily security operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the shift operations of the security team, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed correctly.
• Train security personnel, including new hires.
• Substituteposts in the event of unscheduled absences.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents,and investigations.
• Review daily activity reports and incident reports on a daily basis.
• Receive, document, and escalation Security Officer questions and concerns.
• Provide ongoing documented field training for new and existing officers.
• Ensure every new officer is visited at least once per shift for the first week of their employment. Answer telephone calls, take messages, answer questions, and provide information as needed, referring and escalating issues to the appropriate resources as needed.
• Respond to and report all emergency situations during your shift.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities as required by the Company, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company.

We are seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated member to join our team as a Field Compliance Manager/Trainer.

The Compliance Manager (formerly Field Supervisor) is an expert on company policy and procedures. Standard post inspections will beconducted daily, and the the Compliance Trainer may assume a post in the event of an unscheduled absence. He/she will maintain regular communication with officers on-shift to ensure efficient coordination and effective implementation of security measures, ensuring smooth operations at all sites.

Schedule:

• Wednesday| 11:00PM - 5:00AM
• Thursday | 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Friday |5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Saturday | 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Total weekly hours =42hours (set schedule)
