Olsson is seeking an Assistant Construction Materials and Testing (CMT) Technician in Springfield, MO. You will collect samples, run tests, and document results to support project decisions. The role involves site travel and working in diverse conditions, with training and mentorship provided.

You will join a team-focused environment, with opportunities for growth and professional certifications. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s preferred in civil engineering, construction, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving history is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel to various job sites.
• American Concrete Institute Grade 1, ICC Nuclear Gauge, or DOT certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect construction materials samples from sites and perform tests and inspections.
• Document findings and communicate results to project managers and stakeholders.
• Work with a team to ensure quality and safety on projects.
• Travel to multiple job sites and work in varied terrain and weather.
