Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Start of Care evaluations and ensure Medicare guidelines are met.
• Lead field supervisory visits for PTAs, PTs, and other staff per state regulations.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship for new hires with shadow visits.
• Conduct field supervision while remaining active in direct patient care.
• Coordinate with office-based case management and quality activities.
• Lead utilization review and ensure alignment with care plans and authorizations.
• Oversee 5-7 FTEs.
