BD in New Jersey (Franklin Lakes) is seeking a field-based Clinical Support Specialist for the Specimen Management unit across multiple states. You will observe current clinical practices and recommend best-practice process improvements in laboratory and nursing workflows, delivering value through direct customer interaction and strategic initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with Nursing, Laboratory, Infection Prevention, Pharmacy, and Supply Chain teams, presenting findings, and driving

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with MT ASCP or LEAN certification or within 6 months of hire
• 4–6 years' experience in process improvement within Medical Device/IVD industries
• Strong financial/analytical skills and familiarity with selling tools; effective communication and presentation skills; basic LIS IT knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Fosters partnership between Specimen Management and customers in a clinical process advisory role
• Maintain knowledge as product specialist for Specimen Management
• Engage with key opinion leaders to identify improvement areas
• Drive project goals to improve process efficiency and department effectiveness
• Ensure optimal workflow and product utilization
• Lead process improvements using best practices and financial analysis
• Interview stakeholders to support recommendations
• Lead change management activities
• Gain stakeholder buy-in for recommendations
• Deliver presentations to Nursing, Laboratory, Infection Prevention, and other audiences
• Collaborate to sustain improvements from projects
