Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience in clinical/medical imaging/navigation/robotics
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience in clinical/medical imaging/navigation/robotics

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support on-site installations with customers.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance.
• Installs software and hardware upgrades and performs preventative maintenance.
• Provides telephone clinical support to customers.
