Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians, lead in-service programs, and collaborate with regional teams across multiple hospitals. The role emphasizes high-level clinical acumen, device knowledge, and strong communication skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The position involves extensive travel (up to 80%) and on-call responsibilities, with a base salary plus commission. A nursing-related associates degree and cath lab experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of cath lab, nursing, or equivalent clinical environment experience.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular science and anatomy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service programs in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional/Account Managers.
• Clearly communicate technical information during fast-paced procedures.
