Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Clinical Representative for Interventional Cardiology in Puerto Rico. You will provide end-to-end clinical support in cath labs and hospitals, promote safe use of devices, and help physicians and staff adopt therapies across assigned accounts.

The role requires 3+ years in interventional cardiology, a BA/BS degree, and bilingual English/Spanish. Travel to customer sites is expected as part of territory growth and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting or performing interventional cardiology procedures (PCI, complex PCI, plaque modification).
• Strong clinical and technical acumen for procedural guidance.
• Ability to build and maintain cross-disciplinary relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of delivering education.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person clinical case support in cath labs and hospitals.
• Serve as primary clinical resource for therapy adoption and workflow optimization.
• Maintain consistent presence in key accounts to promote safe utilization and clinical excellence.
• Educate physicians, nurses, and staff through presentations and hands-on training.
• Engage clinical stakeholders to expand therapy awareness and opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, and teams.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and support onboarding and training.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales to align field efforts with regional goals.
• Analyze account performance and therapy trends to plan actions.
• Ensure adherence to protocols, trial requirements, and regulatory standards.
