Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an Interventional Cardiology Clinical Specialist to drive adoption and provide end-to-end clinical support in hospital environments. You will assist physicians and staff during procedures, promote therapy awareness, and ensure high-quality execution across accounts.

The role requires a BA/BS and at least 3 years’ cath lab experience, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Travel will be required to support regional growth and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and support multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person clinical case support in cath labs and hospitals, ensuring proper use of Boston Scientific technologies before, during, and after procedures.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for therapy adoption, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and product preparation across assigned accounts.
• Maintain consistent presence in key accounts to promote confidence, safe utilization, and clinical excellence.
• Educate physicians, fellows, nurses, and staff through presentations, in-services, and hands-on training.
• Engage clinical stakeholders and referral networks to expand therapy awareness and identify opportunities for integration.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align field efforts with regional goals and drive therapy growth.
