The role includes mentorship of junior team members and leadership responsibilities in a developing team.

The position requires autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to influence clinical strategies, with frequent travel and on-call availability to ensure 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, nursing, business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant corporate/medical device experience.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure clinical settings.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively and participate in a 24/7 on-call.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical support during implants, follow-ups, troubleshooting, and patient programming.
• Act as a key clinical advisor for complex cases, including candidacy assessment and program development.
• Travel extensively across Puerto Rico with no fixed territory.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Train physicians, nurses, and technicians on BSC technology and software.
• Lead and mentor junior field clinical representatives, providing coaching and onboarding.
