Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on device handling, provide in‑service education, and collaborate with hospital teams. The role involves travel, clinical interface duties, and building strong relationships with customers across multiple locations.

Strong clinical acumen and English communication are essential. The position offers a base salary with commission/bonuses and benefits, with travel up to 50% and a requirement for flexibility in schedule

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of equivalent experience in a cath lab, nursing, or clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
