Job summary
BIOTRONIK is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Brooklyn, NY to provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting, traveling within the territory to partner with physicians and care teams.
You will deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training, maintain expertise in cardiac pacing and CRM technologies, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 territory coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in cath lab, EP lab, or pacing/CRM.
- Excellent communication and independent prioritization abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups and troubleshooting.
- Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
- Deliver clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
- Document clinical activities and participate in 24/7 on-call coverage.
- Travel within and outside territory as needed.
