Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an on-site clinical specialist in Atlanta to support LV leadless therapy procedures, educate healthcare teams, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will guide imaging workflows, plan procedures, and troubleshoot devices while building strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff.

The role requires traveling up to 80% and delivering hands-on demonstrations, training sessions, and educational materials to varied audiences across sites.

Qualifications

  • Relevant clinical support experience in field clinical support, clinical engineering, or similar clinical roles within the medical device industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite/applications, virtual meeting tools, and project management tools
  • Experience in cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, or advanced cardiac therapies
  • Familiarity with echocardiographic imaging, trans-septal techniques, and related cardiac intervention workflows
  • Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts and train diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with cardiac imaging and hospital decision-making processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop physician champions and navigate complex account environments
  • Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time, including weekend, overnight, and international travel
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Compliance with applicable driving and state regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Required visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site clinical assistance and technical expertise during LV leadless therapy procedures
  • Identify suitable patients, ensure adherence to best practices, and troubleshoot devices
  • Assist with pre-procedure planning and post-procedure follow-up
  • Deliver training sessions, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations for healthcare professionals
  • Guide users through imaging modalities, procedure workflows, and evolving product features
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, research coordinators, and clinical teams
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned sites
  • Facilitate device utilization, procedural planning, and logistical support
  • Develop and deliver educational materials, models, simulations, and in-service programs
  • Gather feedback on device performance, procedural efficiency, and patient outcomes
  • Analyze feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development on product enhancements and innovations
  • Ensure clinical activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines
  • Generate accurate documentation and maintain vendor credentials for healthcare facility access
  • Perform other duties as assigned
