Job summary

CHRISTUS Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison to grow referrals and admissions. The role emphasizes field-based engagement with physicians, case managers, and facilities to educate on rehabilitation services and differentiate our hospital.

The candidate will spend most of their time in the field, building long-term relationships, assessing patient needs, and contributing to annual market planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Clinical experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Formal sales training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate one-on-one dialogue with potential referral sources and maintain relationships.
• Develop and drive marketing/sales strategies to increase patient admissions.
• Promote the hospital to referral sources and educate on differentiation.
• Identify prospects, educate about services, and establish collaboration with facilities.
• Spend the majority of time in the field presenting and assessing patients and building relationships.
• Coordinate with departments to align marketing and business plans.
