Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships within a defined geographic territory and manage patient assessments. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, discharge planners and payers to drive thoughtful growth through referrals and efficient admission processes.

Qualifications

• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate referral relationships within an assigned geographic territory.
• Manage the referral-to-admission process and streamline workflows.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, nurses, discharge planners and payers.
• Utilize market analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Respond to admission barriers and provide follow-up on admissions metrics.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to groups about services and outcomes.
