Job summary

Tri-anim Health Services is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support the adoption of advanced critical care technologies. You will train healthcare teams in ICU, OR, and acute care settings, lead product evaluations, and assist hospitals in integrating airway management, monitoring, and anesthesia products to enhance patient outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of frontline critical care experience, RN or RRT credentials, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nursing or respiratory therapy is preferred.
• RN or RRT certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in high-acuity settings (ICU/OR/anesthesia/ED).
• Experience with critical care procedures and respiratory support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for ICU, OR, anesthesia and other critical care settings.
• Lead pre-evaluation, evaluation and post-implementation processes for product adoption.
• Provide bedside-relevant training to optimize device utilization.
• Build relationships with ICU nurses, RTs, anesthesia providers, intensivists and clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with sales to deliver clinically credible product education and demonstrations.
