Job summary

Tri-anim Health Services, a division of Sarnova, is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist. This role leverages critical care expertise to support adoption of advanced technologies in airway management, monitoring, and ventilation.

The ideal candidate is an experienced ICU or perioperative nurse or respiratory therapist who can educate healthcare teams, support product evaluations, and help hospitals integrate critical care technologies across ICUs and ORs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN or RRT required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in high-acuity settings such as ICU/OR/ED.
• Demonstrated expertise in critical care procedures and respiratory support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to educate clinicians and influence practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for ICU, OR, anesthesia, and other critical care settings.
• Lead pre-evaluation, evaluation, and post-implementation processes.
• Provide bedside training and optimize device utilization for patient outcomes.
• Build relationships with ICU nurses, respiratory therapists, and leadership.
• Partner with sales to deliver clinically credible product education and demos.
• Support product evaluations and workflow integration.
• Retain and grow revenue by demonstrating clinical value across accounts.
• Onboard and train new sales team members with clinical context.
• Support national field training initiatives with Clinical Education.
• Serve as voice of customer to Product Management.
