Job summary

Tri-anim Health Services, a division of Sarnova, seeks a Field Clinical Specialist to advance education on airway management, physiologic monitoring, and critical care technologies in ICU, OR, and acute care settings.

You will train healthcare teams, support product evaluations, and help hospitals integrate new solutions that improve patient outcomes. Strong clinical background and education skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of high-acuity clinical experience
• RN or RRT with clinical education experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for ICU, OR, and critical care teams
• Lead pre-evaluation, evaluation, and post-implementation processes for new technologies
• Provide bedside-relevant training to optimize device utilization and outcomes
• Build relationships with ICU nurses, respiratory therapists, anesthesia providers, and leaders
• Partner with sales to support education and demonstrations in clinical settings
• Support product evaluations and workflow integration in high-acuity environments
• Retain and grow revenue by demonstrating clinical value of the portfolio
• Onboard and train new sales team members with clinical context
• Collaborate with Clinical Education for national field training initiatives
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management on workflows and trends
