Responsibilities

• Process new and renewal business within timelines and quality standards, updating client management system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal contact.
• Provide clients with timely plan information, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and proposals for client meetings.
• Address and resolve client questions and issues.
• Support service and production teams to achieve agency revenue and retention goals.
• Maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, ID cards.
• Assist with marketing activities as needed.
• Document communications in the client management system.
• Assist clients with claims resolution.
• Participate in seminars and training to enhance knowledge.
