Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a client service professional to build strong relationships with clients, vendors and teammates, delivering superior service and coordinating delivery of products and services.

The role manages renewals, prepares proposals, maintains client data, and supports marketing and claims processes while contributing to agency revenue and client retention goals. This is an on-site position in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respond promptly to client requests and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and process new and renewal business within timelines and quality standards.
• Analyze client needs and determine appropriate action, escalating when needed.
• Provide clients with information on plans, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts.
• Assist in preparation of proposals, stewardship reports, and client presentations.
• Support service and production teams to reach agency revenue and retention goals.
• Maintain daily client processing functions and update client management systems.
• Participate in seminars and training to enhance industry knowledge.
