Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates jobsite information and keeps leadership updated.
• Records and maintains work schedules and progress reports.
• Updates scheduling boards, logs, and timekeeping data.
• Liaises with operations to ensure cross-department communication.
• Organizes filing systems for document retention as required.
• Assists with imputing hours into timekeeping systems.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Construction Manager or Superintendent.
