MasTec, Inc. is seeking a part-time Field Office Clerk in Puerto Rico to process daily, weekly, and summary production reports for input into accounting/payroll systems.
The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and data‑entry tasks, plus the ability to read, interpret, input and analyze data. The position emphasizes data accuracy, organization, and communication, with pre‑employment screening and EOE compliance.
Field Office Clerk will process daily, weekly, and summary production reports from employees and contractors for entry into the accounting/payroll systems; provide administrative support by performing data‑entry duties, such as verifying data and preparing materials for input and printing. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office; the ability to use a computer and other office‑related equipment; and the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. This is a part‑time role, approximately 20 per week.
