Rc-Services,-LLC is seeking an experienced Field Claim Investigator to support insurance claim investigations throughout New Jersey. The role involves on-site investigations, evidence collection, and producing professional reports to assist claim evaluation and resolution.

The candidate should be comfortable travel, work flexible hours (evenings/weekends), and have strong observational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Notary Public designation is preferred.
• 3+ years of investigative experience (insurance, legal, or related field) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site insurance claim investigations in the field.
• Perform site inspections with photography, video, measurements, and diagrams.
• Locate and interview claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties.
• Obtain signed or recorded statements as needed.
• Prepare and submit detailed, client-ready investigative reports.
