Job summary

Pacific Network Solutions Construction is seeking a Civil / Underground Tech II to perform trenching, digging and concrete forming, while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. The role involves operating equipment, assisting with permits, and providing on-site technical support across varied weather conditions.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in construction or telecommunications, strong English communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction and/or telecommunications.
• Able to handle elevated work with a 50 lb load.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% for extended periods.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Local to the market and able to work in the assigned area.
• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, assisting with permits and inspections as required.
• Execute civil tasks including operating equipment, and VAC operation.
• Perform civil work such as trenching, digging, and concrete forming/pouring.
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Generate and resolve punch lists during the project schedule and prior to customer inspections.
• Efficiently operate and adjust commonly used wireless industry tools.
• Perform duties in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
• Work within traffic control as per city/county jurisdiction.
• Maintain and service equipment regularly.
