Job summary

Pacific Network Solutions is seeking a Civil/Underground Tech II in Henderson, NV to perform trenching, concrete forming, equipment operation, and support for telecom projects. The role requires working at heights, weather exposure, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lb and work at heights.
• Experience on ladders or bucket trucks.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% for extended periods.
• Shift flexibility including weekends and maintenance windows.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, blueprints.
• Local to the market.
• AT&T/Verizon experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of construction or telecommunications experience.
• Fiber testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to regulations and assist with permits and inspections.
• Operate civil tasks including equipment operation and VAC operation.
• Perform trenching, digging, and concrete forming/pouring.
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Generate and resolve punch lists during project schedule and prior to inspections.
• Operate and adjust commonly used wireless industry tools.
• Work in various weather conditions on construction sites.
• Maintain safety and traffic control as required.
• Maintain and service equipment regularly.
• Other duties as assigned.
