Heights Tower Service is seeking a Civil Tech for our Illinois market. You will join field technicians performing site prep, civil construction, steel fabrication, and tower erecting activities across the Midwest.

You will dig ditches, pour concrete, install conduit, and perform grounding, forms, and rebar tasks with oversight. Travel Monday–Friday with some overtime and overnight travel expected.

Qualificações

• Willingness to travel Monday–Friday with some weekend work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a company driver.

Responsabilidades

• Perform site prep and civil construction for towers.
• Fabricate steel and erect towers.
• Dig ditches and pour concrete.
• Install conduit and grounding systems.
• Set and mount equipment across the coverage area.
• Work with rebar, concrete forms, and edge/broom finishing.
• Operate heavy machinery and hand tools.
