Job summary

Landmark is seeking a Field Civil Leadman to oversee formwork, concrete pours, carpentry, and rodbusting on projects across Texas. The role requires hands-on supervision, adherence to safety policies, and coordination with crews to maintain progress and quality.

Extensive overnight travel is expected. You will set forms, tie rebar, and supervise tank jig and scaffolding activities while ensuring OSHA 1926 compliance and Landmark safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
• Experience setting forms for concrete pours for the construction of concrete structures.
• Experience tying rebar.
• Experience in various aspects of concrete work.

Responsibilities

• Set forms, tie rebar, pour and finish concrete.
• Layout, erect, dismantle, and load tank jig, scaffolding, and other miscellaneous steel structures.
• Layout, secure, brace, and pin steel plate, including cone, vertical, shell, ring beam, access tube, and other associated steel tank structures and appurtenances.
• Basic surveying and general layout abilities.
• Arrive at jobsite or departure point on time.
• Attend and participate in crew safety meetings.
• Understand and practice the Landmark Safety Policy and observe all safety practices.
• Immediately report all incidents and unsafe site conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain Landmark property, equipment, jobsite and tool house in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Interact professionally with supervisors and peers; improve personal skills and those of fellow employees.
