Responsibilities

• Visit company worksites weekly to build relationships and provide pastoral care.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and immediate family members.
• Plan and conduct funerals or memorials when needed and provide post-visit support.
• Support employees during crises and life events, including grief and transitions.
• Assist in employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service and Chaplain role.
• Coordinate with executives to respond to company needs within agreement terms.
