Responsibilities

• Promote a missionary mindset by building caring relationships.
• Provide regular onsite workplace chaplain care.
• Respond to crises, hospitalizations, and grief situations.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field

Master of Divinity (MDiv) or advanced ministry degree (preferred)
