Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to build relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal or family issues.
• Assist in funerals and post-termination care as needed.
• Serve as a liaison for death or critical injury notifications to families.
• Support employees and immediate family with life issues and resources.
• Participate in new employee orientation about Employee Care Service.
• Respect company needs and respond to duties with leadership permission.
