You will translate mine plans into actionable work, track progress, manage safety reviews, and help organize crews and equipment to meet schedules on high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in field engineering, project coordination, or a similar role within mining.
• Experience supporting multi-phase mining or resource-sector projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management, mining technology, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools such as Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Interpret mine plans, drawings, and specs to support field crews.
• Perform quantity calculations, production tracking, and daily progress reporting.
• Develop shift plans, work packages, and sequencing for mine-site activities.
• Support surveying and layout tasks including control point management and as-built data.
• Coordinate materials, consumables, and equipment to meet timelines.
• Provide coordination support to field operations and contractors.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and assist drafting.
