Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
• Ability to report to the designated job site/work location within 45 minutes to one hour of notice to provide rotational on-call coverage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain several cell site locations and inventories.
• Perform optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems.
• Evaluate network coverage to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Conduct triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.
• Generate and update problem-tracking tickets and improve processes.
• Escalate issues to internal/external engineer teams for resolution.
• Meet physical requirements of the job, including climbing stairs and lifting up to 65 pounds.
