GFT is seeking a CEI Inspector Assistant for the Tampa, Florida Construction Management and Construction Engineering Inspection group. The role is field-based with regular visits to the project field office in Tampa, FL.

You will support the Senior Inspector, participate in CTQP, MOT, concrete, asphalt, and earthwork training, and build essential field inspection experience in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0-1 years' experience in a field type position.
• A safety-first mindset.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to follow technical instructions.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving general supervision from and assisting the Senior Inspector in the performance of their duties.
• Willing to attend CTQP, MOT, concrete, asphalt, and earthwork training.
