Job summary

EXP is seeking a CEI Inspector Aide for our Tampa, FL office. The role involves assisting a Senior Inspector, performing assigned duties with supervision, and supporting field inspections on bridge and roadway projects.

A high school diploma with relevant experience or an Engineer Intern with a Civil Engineering degree is required, along with CTQP and IMSA certifications. This on-site position offers exposure to diverse construction projects and opportunities to advance to higher inspection

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in construction inspection, incl. 1 year in bridge/roadway inspection, or Engineer Intern with Civil Engineering degree.
• CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I; CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I; CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I; CTQP Pile Driving Inspection; CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection; IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level I; CTQP Final Estimates Level I.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Inspector in duties; perform assignments under general supervision; support inspection tasks in Tampa office.
