Job summary

GFT is seeking a CEI Inspector Aid - FDOT for our Central Florida Construction Practice in the Orlando, FL area. This hybrid role requires regular visits to the Orlando office and offers opportunities to support Construction Management and Construction Engineering Inspection activities.

The candidate will assist Senior Inspectors, attend CTQP/MOT trainings, and develop essential field inspection skills in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 0–1 years’ experience in a field position.
• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Inspector and receive supervision in performing duties.
• Willing to attend CTQP, MOT, concrete, asphalt, and earthwork trainings.
