Ford Credit is hiring a Field Service Manager/Catastrophe Claims Adjuster in the Louisville, KY area to manage complex physical damage claims and respond to catastrophic events across a broad territory.

Role requires extensive travel (50–70%), driving field operations for Ford and its dealer network. A valid adjuster license or the ability to test within 90 days is essential, with a strong background in estimating and claims handling.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in claims adjusting and estimating.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems (Mitchell Connect or CCC One).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and overall computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance claims within a key-pointed area and travel throughout your territory.
• Conduct coverage investigations for incidents including fire, theft, and fraud.
• Prepare damage estimates using computerized systems to establish repair costs.
• Lead subrogation investigations, salvage disposal, and fraud investigations.
• Perform loss prevention reviews and provide dealer training.
• Be on-call for CAT/Storm losses with travel up to 50–70%.
