American Road Services Company is seeking an experienced APD Physical Damage Catastrophe Claims Adjuster/Field Service Manager to join our Louisville, KY operations. This field-based role represents Ford Motor Company and its departments to dealerships, plants, ports, and holding yards.

The role requires managing complex physical damage claims, conducting loss investigations, and traveling 50-70% for CAT deployments, often on short notice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of experience in claims adjusting and estimating.
• Adjuster license in home state or designated home state or ability to test within 90 days.
• Ability to travel 50-70% overnight with short notice, including extended catastrophe events.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex physical damage claims and respond to catastrophic events.
• Lead subrogation investigations, salvage disposal, and fraud investigations.
• Perform loss prevention reviews and provide essential dealer training activities.
• Remain on-call for CAT/Storm losses with extensive travel as needed.
• Coordinate inspections and travel within a multi-state territory, including nationwide deployments.
