Job summary

Davies is recruiting an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our Casualty team. The role is field-based across the South East, with travel required, and offers a supportive environment with extensive benefits.

You will liaise with insurers, policyholders and brokers, investigate claims in the field or desk, prepare reports, and help determine appropriate resolutions while maintaining proper reserves. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Loss Adjuster
• Experience in investigating Casualty Claims
• Knowledge of insurance market
• Knowledge of civil procedure and Claims Portal
• Full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Liaison with insurers, policyholders and brokers
• Investigation of allocated claims in the field or from the desk
• Preparation of Preliminary Reports detailing evidence
• Determine appropriate action for resolution and negotiate settlements
• Maintain proper reserves and comply with procedures
