Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducts home visits upon request from Protection and Safety Worker.
• Assist in documentation of any contact with clients onto NFOCUS.
• Transport clients to appointments when needed.
• Assist with filing all client files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
