Omaha Tribe of Nebraska is hiring a Human Services Assistant to support Protection and Safety Workers by making home visits, transporting clients to appointments, and documenting contacts in the NFOCUS system. The role requires adherence to confidentiality policies and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and some clerical or intake experience.
This position accepts phone calls, conducts home visits, phone contact for clients. Works alongside Protection and Safety Workers when needed to provide services such as; transportation for clients and children to receive services or for appointments. Provides documentation of contacts in NFOCUS system.
