Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in the Human Service field.
• Must have a driver's license and be insurable by the Tribe.
• Willing to submit to random drug tests and adhere to the drug-free workplace policy.
• Submit to a background check and pass.
• Submit to the central registry.
• Must be familiar with Omaha family traditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide family support services to enhance families' capacity to function independently.
• Educate and empower families to achieve a healthy and safe home environment.
• Provide transportation as required for clients and attend appointments and meetings.
• Document all contact with clients and related persons.
• Provide written and oral reports to case managers as directed.
• Attend trainings and meetings, including court hearings, as necessary.
• Work weekends or evenings to provide services for families.
• Other duties as assigned.
