Job summary

You will perform carpentry and masonry tasks, set up equipment, measure and cut materials, and work outdoors or indoors depending on the job. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Relevant experience with carpentry, masonry, and electrical is required.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Employment is conditional on verification of clean driving record, background check(s), and pre-employment/random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair structures associated with residential and commercial construction/remodeling.
• Set up equipment to be used at work sites.
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements.
• Grind, sand, and polish surfaces such as concrete or wood.
• Install and finish dry wall and flooring surfaces.
• Unload materials such as lumber, tools, and other equipment used at work sites.
• Must possess one’s own carpentry tools.
