Ideal candidates possess strong HHA experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Strong HHA experience with hands-on personal care required; CNA preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification (can be obtained during onboarding).
• TB Test & Physical (can be completed during onboarding).

Responsibilities

• Cover caregiver call-outs and open shifts.
• Support urgent staffing needs across the service area.
• Collaborate with the Customer Care Manager on coverage planning.
