Job summary

BrightStar Care is actively seeking CNAs, HHAs, and Companion Caregivers in the Lowell area to deliver compassionate, client-centered care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and support care plans under supervision.

A caring attitude and good communication are essential. Qualifications include active CNA or HHA certification, driving license, CPR, and TB test, plus at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HHA certification.
• Active driver’s license, CPR certification, and TB test.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, respectful attitude and desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under RN supervision.
• Assist in implementing patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship.
