Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our home care team as PCA Field Supervisors. This flexible, assignment-based role is ideal for CNAs, PSSs, RNs, LPNs, or experienced caregivers seeking additional income, flexible scheduling, and leadership growth opportunities.

As a PCA Field Supervisor, you will conduct staff supervisory visits, assist with onboarding, provide coaching, complete documentation, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, personal care, or a related field preferred.
• CNA, PSS, RN, LPN, or other relevant qualifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff supervisory and client visits.
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.
• Complete staff check-ins and performance observations.
• Provide coaching and support to caregivers.
• Complete required documentation and follow-up tasks.
• Assist with other field-related assignments as needed.
