Job summary

Bath Planet in Louisiana is seeking a motivated Canvas Manager to lead our canvassing team across targeted neighborhoods. You will recruit, train, coach, and manage field canvassers to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

You will develop schedules, assign territories, monitor performance, and collaborate with call center and sales to improve lead quality and appointment conversions. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, sales, canvassing, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience managing a field-based or door-to-door team is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team toward measurable goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout assigned territories.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to use basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage canvassing team; recruit, interview, onboard, and train new canvassers.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the canvassing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Establish performance expectations; monitor and coach team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
• Create a positive, competitive team culture and address issues professionally.
• Develop daily/weekly canvassing schedules and territory assignments.
• Identify high-potential neighborhoods for lead generation and supervise field visits.
• Ensure canvassers maintain a professional appearance and comply with policies.
