Bath Planet is seeking a motivated Canvas Manager to lead our canvassing team across Louisiana. You will recruit, train, and manage field staff, set daily goals, and ensure professional representation in the field.

This role partners with the call center and sales team to optimize lead generation, track performance, and coach the team to achieve targets. A driver’s license and ability to work evenings/weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based or door-to-door teams preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in high-pressure environments.
• Wamiliar with CRM and reporting tools; able to analyze performance data.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage canvassing team; recruit, onboard, and train new canvassers.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly activity goals and coach to meet targets.
• Develop schedules and territory assignments; observe and support canvassers in the field.
• Drive lead generation and appointment setting; collaborate with call center and sales.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Train and develop team on engagement, promotions, and sales initiatives.
