Leaf Home is seeking a Field Canvassing Team Lead to hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers to build Leaf Home brand awareness in pre-selected high-probability neighborhoods.

You will drive canvassing efforts, plan routes, and manage multiple teams to generate strong customer leads while coordinating with local operations. A strong track record in canvassing, sales, and staff development is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in field canvassing and direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and train marketing and canvassing staff.
• Proven track record in lead generation and driving sales leads.

Responsabilidades

• Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representatives.
• Schedule and plan route calendars for Field Canvassers in the territory, including evenings and weekends.
• Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer lead generation.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Field Canvassers with KPI-driven accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local permit requirements and regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence.
• Track canvassing metrics and ROI; exceed lead quotas.
